A new employee will be recruited on the basis of an open competition.

The rule of recruitment competition covers several significant points; management of the company ensures successful implementation of each point.

The primary interview with the applicant will be appointed on the basis of selection of the applications for a vacancy; the results of the applications is the basis for drawing up so called shortlist – the winning applicants.  

After organization of the relevant training and tests there will be formed the reserves from the winning candidates; you will undergo one-month probation period in order to adapt to a working environment. After this probation period you will be the member of Georgian Avia Service Agency team and the relevant labour contract will be concluded. The company offers insurance policy to its employee as a bonus.
